There's no cushioning, one feels too much the spike plate. The outsole is narrower than the rest of the shoe therefore the balance isn't good, if one has universal feet they push you to land towards the inside which contracts calf muscles. After several interval sessions it's very likely to get blisters and tendonitis in the low external part of calfs. With time the upper part of the shoe becomes harder even if washing them periodically with cold water and a very light soap as those used for wool for example. They are definitevely not good shoes. There are plenty of other track shoes much better than these ones, Mizuno made a big mistake releasing this model. |
